This is a 10-month special tailored program to meet the needs of incoming Brazilian students. A 3-month English preparatory language course is optional. The objective of the program is to enable students to perform, control and organize the activities related to tourism, hotel industry and catering. They will acquire skills as for how to establish and manage small and medium enterprises operating in Tourism and Hotel Industry. The course offers in-house and external practices and internships including laboratory practices, food preparation. Hotels and travel agencies will serve as sites of internship for students’ practice.  By a complex approach and management skills, students will be helped in their decisions to adapt to changing market conditions.
