The objective of the B.Sc. program is to provide knowledge in Environmental Sciences for future decision and policy makers, researchers, extension specialists and educators. The program includes courses on global cycles, global environmental policies, on natural resources, ecological services of those resources, understanding and adapting to climate variations. The competitive training will help the graduates to understand and evaluate conventional and so called green methods in agriculture, energy production, and management of soil and water resources, as well as management/recycling of waste materials.

Each semester includes 5 months course work (lectures, small group seminars, laboratory sessions, field visits, group projects and exams) followed by practical training.
Students are able to choose their practical training in the following areas, in laboratories or operations in environmental techniques such as composting plants, waste management and renewable energy production plant and organic farms.

A preparatory program up to 2 months is available for language, European and Hungarian studies and also in technical courses for level upgrading and harmonization.

Housing is available on campus in modern dormitories with sport, meal, internet and other facilities.
