The development of generic skills in the context of chemistry which are applicable in many other contexts and attaining a standard of knowledge and competence will give them access to second cycle course units or degree programs. Students will have the ability to gather and interpret relevant scientific data and make judgments that include reflection on scientific and ethical issues.
